1.1 To register for a 499bst account, you must: (a) be at least 21 years of age; (b) be a natural person acting in your own capacity; (c) provide a valid Bangladeshi mobile number that you own and control; and (d) agree to these Terms in full.

1.2 By completing the registration process, you warrant that all information provided is accurate, current, and complete. 499bst reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time and to suspend account activity pending the outcome of any verification review.

1.3 Each individual may hold one active 499bst account only. If 499bst determines that a player holds or has held multiple accounts, all accounts will be suspended and any pending withdrawal requests will be placed on hold pending investigation.

1.4 Accounts may not be transferred, sold, or assigned to any third party. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity conducted through your account. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify 499bst support immediately.

• Accounts registered using false personal information may be permanently closed without notice.
• Accounts that have been inactive for 12 or more consecutive months may be subject to an inactivity review.
• 499bst reserves the right to decline a registration application without providing a reason.

2.1 All financial transactions on the 499bst platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). The minimum deposit is ৳200 across all supported payment channels, including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and supported bank transfers.

2.2 Deposits are credited to the player's 499bst balance upon confirmed receipt of funds. 499bst is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors, mobile banking network outages, or scheduled bank maintenance windows.

2.3 Withdrawal requests are processed subject to the following conditions: (a) the player's identity has been verified to the satisfaction of 499bst's compliance team; (b) the withdrawal amount does not include locked bonus funds; (c) no active responsible gaming restriction prevents withdrawal processing; and (d) the withdrawal destination matches the payment method used for the most recent deposit.

2.4 499bst targets a processing time of under five minutes for bKash, Nagad, and Rocket withdrawals under ৳50,000. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to three business days depending on the receiving institution.

• 499bst does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. Any charges imposed by the player's mobile banking provider or bank are the player's own responsibility.

3.1 From time to time, 499bst offers bonuses, free bets, cashback promotions, and other incentives to eligible players. Each promotion is subject to specific terms published at the time of the offer, including eligible games, minimum qualifying deposit amounts, time limits, and wagering requirements.

3.2 Unless stated otherwise, bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times (the "rollover requirement") before any bonus-derived winnings can be requested for withdrawal. The rollover requirement for each promotion is stated clearly in the promotion's individual terms.

3.3 Bonus abuse — including but not limited to opening multiple accounts to claim the same offer, using automated tools to complete wagering requirements, or any coordinated strategy designed to generate guaranteed profit from bonuses — constitutes a breach of these Terms. 499bst reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings where abuse is detected and to permanently close the accounts involved.

3.4 499bst reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Where a promotion is withdrawn after a player has already met a qualifying condition, 499bst will honour the bonus at its sole discretion on a case-by-case basis.

• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value until wagering requirements are met.
• Where a player holds both real-money and bonus funds, the order in which funds are used to settle bets will follow the rules published for the relevant promotion.
• Seasonal promotions (including Eid, Pohela Boishakh, IPL, and BPL specials) are subject to their own individual promotional terms.

4.1 All sports bets placed on the 499bst platform are governed by the specific market rules published in the sports betting section of the platform. In the event of a conflict between these general Terms and a sport-specific rule, the sport-specific rule will take precedence for that market.

4.2 Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of bet placement. 499bst reserves the right to correct obvious pricing errors. Where a bet has been settled at a clearly erroneous price, 499bst may void the bet and return the stake to the player's account.

4.3 In-play bets are accepted subject to live market availability. 499bst does not guarantee continuous availability of live markets and reserves the right to suspend or close live markets at any time, including during active match play.

4.4 Where a sporting event is postponed, cancelled, or abandoned before the relevant market is settled, bets may be voided and stakes returned in accordance with the applicable sport rules. Results based on official scores and statistics published by the relevant governing body (for example, the Bangladesh Cricket Board for domestic cricket, or the ICC for international fixtures) will be used to settle all markets.

• Maximum bet limits apply per market and per player. These limits are set at 499bst's discretion and may vary by sport, market type, or player tier.
• Bets placed after the official result of an event has been determined will be voided regardless of the odds displayed.

10.1 499bst reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Notice of material changes will be provided to registered players. Continued use of the platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

10.2 These Terms, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. 10.3 If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
